## 1. About Us
Balloonzandpropz offers
* **Romantic Proposal Planning & Styling** in London, Kent, and surrounding areas.
* **Balloon Decoration** for events such as birthdays, baby showers, and celebrations.
* **Event Prop & Furniture Hire** for private and corporate occasions.

## 2. Booking & Payment
* A **non-refundable booking fee** (specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your date.
* The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than **\[X days]** before your event date.
* Bookings made within **\[X days]** of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
* Payments can be made via \[bank transfer, PayPal, or any other accepted method].
* Your booking is **not confirmed** until payment is received and you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

## 3. Cancellations & Refunds
* Booking fees are **non-refundable** under all circumstances.
* Cancellations made more than **\[14 days]** before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid (excluding booking fee).
* Cancellations within **\[14 days]** of the event are **non-refundable**.
* If **balloonzandpropz** cancels for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

## 4. Timings & Late Charges
We pride ourselves on punctuality and respect for schedules.
* Proposals are **a maximum of 1 hour** unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* If your event or proposal runs over the agreed start and finish times, a late charge will apply: **£1 per minute** or **£75 per hour**.
* Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

## 5. Client Responsibilities
* For **Proposal Planning**, clients must ensure any required location permits or permissions are obtained (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
* For **Balloon Decoration**, clients must ensure the setup location is safe, accessible, and suitable for installation.
* For **Prop Hire**, the client is responsible for the safe use and return of all hired items.
* Clients must provide accurate venue access information, timings, and requirements.

## 6. Prop & Equipment Hire Terms
* All hire items remain the property of balloonzandpeopz
* Hire charges cover use for the agreed hire period only.
* Items must be returned in the condition they were provided.
* Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at their full replacement cost.
* Late returns may incur an additional hire fee.

## 7. Balloon & Decoration Disclaimer
* Balloons are sensitive to temperature, weather, and handling — we cannot be held responsible for damage once installation is complete.
* Latex balloons are biodegradable; please dispose of them responsibly.
* We will not install balloon displays in unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

## 8. Weather & Outdoor Events
* Outdoor proposals, balloon installations, and prop setups are subject to weather conditions.
* We may adjust designs, relocate, or reschedule in the interest of safety and quality.
* Refunds will not be given for weather-related changes outside our control.

* We may photograph or video our setups for marketing purposes.
